What can Microlink do for you? |

· Workshop Repairs: Labor cost is $99 an hour. If it looks like the job will cost more than $100, a quote will be given. The Quotation fee is $44 if the job does not go ahead. This fee will also apply if no fault is found after extensive testing.
· On-Site Repairs: Labor cost for on site repairs, include time traveling to and from a customers site and time spent on their premises. Charges are $165 for the first hour ad $99 for every hour thereafter. Most major brands can be repaired on site, however in some circumstances it maybe necessary to bring the machine back to the workshop.
· Epson Warranty Repairs: We service and repair the complete range of Epson printers. Please ensure you bring a copy of the invoice received when you purchased your machine. Any enquires please feel free to call or email.
· Business Set Up and Maintenances: Same rates apply to Network setup as with on site repairs. We can also get all machines and equipment needed for your business. Please call for a quote as we can organize the equipment and labor cost to suit your business.
· Web Hosting: Microlink can also host your web site and manage any problems which may occur, so you don’t have to worry. Email us with requirements or call and we will organize a price per month for you.
· Printing and Scanning Facilities: Microlink has developed a facility in our office for customers to use if they require a printer or scanning functions while there printer or scanner is being repaired. In all cases we endeavor to repair your machine as soon as possible, in some cases though customers have urgent printing or scanning to do. We can help with this. For just 10c per page either scan or print your document on our Epson CX11NF Laser printer.
